Refund policy

Because each poster is produced individually after an order is placed, we normally cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

However, if something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

We will either:

  • send a replacement, or
  • issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You do not need to return the item unless we specifically ask you to.

Lost orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the shipment and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Wrong address or unclaimed packages

If an incorrect shipping address was provided, or if a package is not claimed from the carrier, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. In these cases, a new order must be placed.
